About Wild Records
Wild Records was founded by Reb Kennedy in 2001. The first band officially signed to the label was the legendary Lil Luis y Los Wild Teens. Since then, Wild Records has grown to include more than 60 of the world’s most dynamic rockin’ acts, spanning Rockabilly, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Blues, R&B, Punk, Soul, Gospel, and authentic pre-1970s Country.

Wild Records deeply values the influence of the original legends who shaped the Rock ‘n’ Roll sound and continue to inspire today’s artists. While we honor the past, we remain firmly focused on the future—believing that the music created by our artists is as relevant and vital as any genre today.

We remain committed to developing new talent and expanding our roster of incredible musicians.

The Eaton Canyon Fire Disaster

In January 2025, tragedy struck when the Wild Records home and studio were lost in the Eaton Canyon fires that devastated our small town of Altadena, California.

My family—Jenny, Hayden, Bruce, and Mei Mei—lost everything we owned, including our beloved home, Rancho Wild.

The loss of the Wild Studio has been especially painful. It was a creative home where countless recording sessions, jams, demos, and unforgettable Wild parties took place. The space held a history that can never be replaced.

Among the many items destroyed were:

Our main studio bass, played on thousands of tracks since day one, along with two additional basses

Three drum kits

Over 40 amplifiers

Our complete microphone collection and recording equipment

Eight electric basses, including Hayden’s Rickenbacker and Fender basses used on tour and early recordings

Our entire guitar collection (23 guitars), except for one—a one-of-a-kind Guild prototype gifted to Hayden

Our studio piano

Most devastating of all, we lost all of our master tapes, personal test pressings, and irreplaceable analog equipment—including our Tascam 388, backup Tascams, Echoplex, pedals, and studio monitors.

We also lost four storage sheds containing all Wild Records merchandise: vinyl, CDs, DVDs, apparel, and shipping supplies.

Rising from the Ashes

Despite the loss, we have been rebuilding and moving forward. Since the fire, we’ve proudly released:

3 new LPs

1 new 10-inch record

16 new 45s

3 new CDs

A new collection of Wild Records T-shirts

As of November 2025, we are listing current U.S. stock here in California. While not all new releases are yet available in the U.S., they can be found on the Wild Records Europe website.

Due to ongoing shipping challenges, we encourage our European supporters to purchase directly from Wild Records Europe, as we are currently unable to ship overseas.
